General Terms and Conditions

  1. All prices are understood to be excluding VAT. Remuneration is payable within 30 days of billing.
  2. Unless otherwise agreed, the completion of the order is subject to the photographer's full artistic freedom.
  3. Any complaints regarding the final photos and videos must be made within 10 working days of it being made available to the client. Otherwise, it will be deemed to have been accepted.
  4. As far as legally permissible, the photographer is only liable for gross negligence and wilful intent. This also applies to liability for defects. The client shall fully indemnify the photographer in case of third-party claims.
  5. Insofar as the photographer is responsible for editing, the client is not entitled to raw/unedited footage/photos.
  6. The client is responsible for access to the required locations and subjects of photos and videos. They are especially responsible for acquiring the necessary consent from subjects.
  7. Upon payment, the client is granted an unlimited right to use the photos and videos for the agreed upon purposes. The photographer may revoke this right, if the client breaches the contract.
  8. Swiss substantive law applies. The exclusive legal venue is Zurich, Switzerland.
